If you are contacting us because you are now getting load alerts on ten different phone numbers, this is due to the cell phone providers blocking our original numbers. There are so many loads going across the board that they think its spam. Dozens of companies had stopped receiving alerts because their cell provider blocked the alerts from coming to their phone. Our texting company recommended we use more numbers and rather than having blocking continue, we disabled our original numbers and purchased ten new numbers.

If you have stopped receiving alerts, please log into your account and check your billing info to make sure your card hasn't expired or that it is still associated with the correct address.
